CHECK-IN AND PRE-SEMINAR VIDEO

We will shoot the “before” portion of the “before and after” video we will send of you throwing backhand, sidearm and putting.

BACKHAND POWER

Learn the correct mechanics of the backhand with the emphasis on throwing farther. This segment will be all about generating power and speed on your throw.

SIDEARM/FOREHAND

Learn the correct mechanics of the sidearm including whether you are a “windmill” or “pendulum” thrower. Increase power, accuracy and consistency. PUTTING We will figure out if you are a “push”, “spin” or “spush” putter. Whichever you are, we will refine your form so you make more putts.

LUNCH/MENTAL GAME AND STRATEGY DISCUSSION

While we eat we will discuss the mental approach to competitive play and how to not let your brain get in your own way. Learn the strategy of course management and tournament preparation.

BACKHAND FINESSE/APPROACH

More backhand with a focus on throwing accurately with finesse. This will include approach shots as well.

UTILITY SHOTS

Rollers, thumbers, tomahawks, grenades and scoobers will be covered. These are NOT trick shots, they are a less frequently used, yet essential part of your game.

INDIVIDUAL REFINING

We will spend additional time on any area where you need more work. This will differ from player to player.

POST SEMINAR VIDEO

We will shoot the “after” portion of your “before and after” video. Registered participants will receive session details by email before the event. The location details (weather depending), list of items to bring and etc will be included.
