Before and after, on video
1. Before you come
Scott sends you videos on the philosophy and basics of the Method, so the day is spent on your form, not on lectures.
2. Your “before” video
At check-in your coach films your backhand, sidearm and putting, so you have a record of where you started.
3. Coaching all day
Backhand power, sidearm (are you a “windmill” or a “pendulum” thrower?) and a putting routine, in a group and one-on-one.
4. Your “after” video
You film your throws again. In the days after, your coach emails both videos with notes to help the changes stick.
